As you look through these photos you will notice there aren't many overly posed shots. Over the past few years I have been moving away from that type of work.
Couples, bring me on a date! I want you to remember the experience, NOT me telling you to look at each other and smile. Plan a picnic, get coffee, go to a concert. I will be there to help you document it!
Families are something I never imagined myself photographing, let alone being so passionate about it. No, I will not force your toddler or teenager to look at the camera and smile. I will however tell you to kiss them all over and play tag with them. Family photos are supposed to freeze time, so that you can look back and remember all of the love, joy, and growth you had at the time.
Motherhood is one of the most beautiful things to exist. Women get to sustain life within their own bodies. I love documenting that sweet time through maternity, breastfeeding, and mother + child sessions.
